The tech who performed the work would have been rated five stars, but the customer service chat rep who scheduled the call brought down the rating. I specifically indicated during the chat that I needed mulching blades and to make sure the tech knew. Even though he stated he would make a note, he did not and the tech showed up without the blades. This resulted in my tractor being down a week before the tech could return with the blades and install them. The text of the chat that was sent to me is attached.

Fast service. Had to wait a week so they could order parts. You have to pay for initial visit. Kind of pricey but very good work. I'm satisfied and happy I can use my washer.

Technician was not there at the time given by appointment center 1-5pm. Serviced the washer promptly, explained what he was doing and let us know about the product. Very knowledgeable person.

Called a friend. Asked who to get. We can't live without our washers. My neighbor has used A & E before. During the repair I asked the repairman to please be honest and tell me, if it is cheaper to buy new. I watched as a knowledgable guy made quick work of it. Thank You, Thank You.

I was disappointed that the tech couldn't get the dryer to work. He said that it was an electrical problem. Actually when my husband and I move into this house & put new the new Kenmore washer & dryer Sears tech did all of the work on the dryer 6 years ago. I paid all that money for nothing & he sold me a home warranty. Still haven't received of the paperwork warranty. So, we sit here with no dryer working.
