Appliance Repair by A-1 Appliance Services Co in Cincinnati, Ohio

I've used them a few times over the past 10 years and they make setting appointments easy, are able to quickly diagnose the problem and bring any equipment necessary to fix it. Today the technician was right on time, made a quick diagnosis of the problems and fixed them all within an hour. Now the fridge is back to working like new. They are also not pushy at all about trying to make the repairs right away. Even though I wanted it fixed asap the technician gave my alternative options to having to pay for the repair. I would highly recommend this company.

A-1 is excellent. Their customer service is fantastic and Mike is awesome. We have been using A-1 to service all of our appliances for well over a decade and will continue to do so. They are experts in their field, kind, courteous, and very trustworthy. I always fell comfortable with them working in my home!
