I called Extrem Experts. John came out the following day. He had all the parts needed with him so could repair on the same day. He explained in terms I could understand what had occurred and what needed to be repaired. He gave me a breakdown of the costs. The repairs were made and the refrigerator/freezer was humming along cooling and freezing when I got home that day. The labor costs seemed a little high, but compared to buying a new refrigerator, I was a happy camper. I highly recommend this business. Very professional, responsive, and they deliver same day results. |
