I had difficulty putting in a replacement water filter in my Whirlpool refrigerator. It was under warranty and Sarah's was recommended by Lowe's. The technician, Daniel, came on time, replaced the filter and gave me further instructions on how to do it and also gave me a tour' of the refrigerator's bells and whistles. He also tightened one of the handles on one of the drawers. Very polite. Very careful. Very knowledgeable. I totally recommend Sarah's Appliance Repair. Request Daniel!

After experiencing a problem with my 10-year-old washing machine, LG provided two choices of local appliance repair shops. I looked up both companies to check their hours of operation Sarah's was open until 7 PM; the other place closed at 5 PM and also checked their Google Reviews Sarah's had a 4.8 rating out of 185 reviews compared to the other company with less than 30 reviews that were not quite as high. Because of these reasons, Sarah's Appliance Repair was the obvious choice. Not only was I able to call the day my washing machine failed, but I was able to get a repair appointment the following day! They sent out a tech named Parker who was communicative and easy to work with. He was able to change out the drainage pump that day to get us back up and running in less than 24 hours since it broke. I highly recommend their services!

Outstanding service and repair for our range -- which has never worked properly since purchase. Parker, a smart and diligent service technician, diagnosed the issue, ordered then installed the right part, and now it works perfectly. Don't procrastinate for 9 months like me.
