When the technician arrived he check and then tell you what was wrong but not the detail. He told me the price which include parts and labor. He asked for half the money as a deposit, and said he will come back the next day. He did not, and when we called he told me he's waiting for the parts to arrive which he ordered overnight delivery. I tried to call the next day, he said still waiting for the parts. I need to use the oven ASAP, so I tried to call him to make sure that he can fix it tomorrow, no answer. Texted him and no response. |
