Someone answered the phone right when I called to say our refrigerator wasn't working, and they set up a time with Arrow Refrigeration to come out that very afternoon. After assessing the problem, the two men ordered the part, and David came the same day, at night to fix it. I was so very worried about our food, and thankfully they were right on the ball. The refrigerator warranty company said they wouldn't be out till Wednesday -five days from now, so going with this company was a far better idea. Good work guys!!! Also used them for our dryer in the past; so pleased with their honesty, and fair money charged. |
