| Robert | Ordered this knife online and they sent me a used knife . When i opened the package it was not in original packaging but in a cardboard sleeve. Someone took a scotch bright pad to it and completely marred the surface ,you can barely read the maker mark on the blade as well it had chipping on the blade and staining . Unbelievable That they could ship this out knowing the condition and that the knife was heavily used. This was priced @ 100.00 as a new knife. I immediately called them and no one answered the phone after 15 minutes. I emailed them 4 days ago and have had no response. Will be getting a hold of my credit card company to file fraudulent claim. Bad business and fraudulent. |
