Had another company come in to see what could be done. They said we had gotten a bad deal and it needs to be replaced again because the work done can't solve the issues we have. Recently, my outside fan started turning off 5-10 minutes after the AC kicked on and would intermittently run, struggling to get my home to temperature during the day. My original AC guy came out to do a routine service call and said the machine was running great. The problem continued to get worse after that and I struggled with what to do as the AC company that installed the unit has been very difficult to work with. My dad told me about Steve, who has been doing service for him for a while, and offered to reach out on my behalf as I live in Tampa. Steve was able to offer a simple solution over the phone clean the downspout and helped me get my AC running despite there being no profit for him. My dad has repeatedly referred to Steve as an honest guy willing to help, and I have no reason to believe otherwise. Thank you again, Steve! |
