The shop's "I know better than you" and the shops "do it my way or we wont do it at all" attitude plus their employees talking bad about other shops even those who refer customers to them...which is a good thing by the way. They are definitely not there for me the customer and they clearly don't care about the customer personally and they have no willingness to compromise or work with the customer to find an affordable solution. Their representatives take on an aristocratic air with their words and a disproving tone with their voice that makes me, the customer, feel that I have no actual rights/choices in the work that may or may not be done on MY car, and I am worth less than their time or attention. |
