| JOSEPH ZAGORSKI | Dishonest billing practices. Awful customer service. Initially they tried to charge me 400 more than retail cost for a replacement part to my Scottsman ice maker. After I challenged it they ultimately agreed to charging me the actual cost of the part.They quoted me a price for the part and then after installing it charged me nearly double. They denied ever quoting the agreed upon price even though their own serviceman heard them on the speaker phone. Additionally, they have a rip-off policy where they charge a"Service" 89.95 just to look at the appliance and even if they fix it they charge an additional 121 per hour Labor charge. I would not recommend them at all and would suggest that Scottsman who gave me their name re-consider offering them as a Miami repair option. I would avoid using them. |
