Called said sorry we're running late would you like to reschedule do your job honey you won't have irate customers that's right not your business sure your boss is fine with losing a couple hundred dollars to fix something. Maybe he hired a better secretary he wouldn't lose business. That's right. Owner want a great customer service person that knows how to run a business call me. I bet I wouldnt so easily tell a customer to call someone else. To many people out there looking for a job. Do it or someone will do it for you |
