| Kaleen Masse | Buyer Beware! Absolutely terrible service, both technically and personally! Alex came to fix my washing machine and assured me that he would be able to fix it "easy fix". I was charged 100 deposit for the part to be ordered. When the part arrived, he came to install it and did not know what he was doing at all - he was watching YouTube videos to figure out the repair. He tore apart my washing machine and then claimed that it was the wrong part. After he left that day, I never heard back from him to come and install a correct part to complete the repair. I called numerous times to get my money back and just kept getting the run around. In the end, I had 100 stolen and my washing machine was left in pieces. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
| Letitia Fischer | He replaced a part in the clothes dryer without my preapproval. When given payment he said he would email receipt. No receipt was received. 1 day later the dryer quits again. This service person was called and stated the dryer was working when he left and stated the occupant most likely kinked the dryer vent. He stated he was out of town and could not fix it until next week. No information of venting problems reported when taking payment. Was very defensive when asked about using used parts! I would not hire or recommend this person! |
