| Robert McKittrick | We moved into a great house in a fabulous neighborhood a few years ago. We knew the furnace & water heater would need to be repaired soon but didn't anticipate replacing both at once. We got a hold of a gentleman by the name of Jesse at Action Appliance and asked for a quote on both. He suggested we clean the HVAC vents and get a 2 stage furnace with an humidifier and explained why. We ended up scheduling for a Friday at 8 am. Low and behold at 8 am his crew was here. I thought it would be 1 or 2 individuals and would be an all day job. It only took Jesse and his 5 man team 5 hours to clean the vents, remove the old 1980's old water heater and furnace, collect the rubbish, and clean the utility room cleaner than when they arrived. If I could give Jesse & Action Appliance 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Jesse, or any of the guys, at Action Appliance. Great price, great service, prompt, and the entire crew was very professional. We couldn't be more pleased! |
