Lucie and Russell are awesome! We had a problem with our LG refrigerator on a Saturday and after trying to call 4-5 other companies, I found Hertz Appliance Repair through yelp. Unfortunately, none of the other companies were able to come until Monday or Tuesday and it was hard for us to manage without a refrigerator until then. Lucie immediately answered my call and arranged for a technician to come over on a Sunday morning! She was also clear upfront about the service charge the lowest that a company had quoted for me among the 4-5 I had called. Russell was at our home within the specified time window and was very professional, polite and most importantly knew his job. He diagnosed the problem, explained what he was going to do and gave us a quote for the price. He had the part in his van and within 15 minutes he fixed our refrigerator. He also gave us a 6 months guarantee on parts and labor. Russell also cleaned the refrigerator coils and patiently answered questions we had on whether and how we could prevent the problem in the future, what brands he'd recommend for different appliances should we have to purchase something.
