| E M | WARNING! Most likely worst repair man in San Diego. Had issues the first month with my new GE appliance, needed a new motor. Warranty sent james martin. He informed me that i would need several parts some of which were back ordered for over a week. I proceeded to call ge and they attempted to get a hold of martin to get the part number for a rush delievery. James martin never anwsersed. I attempted to communicate and he was unwilling to help, i told him my situation that i had a 15 month old baby and a pregnant wife, and we were living off coolers,he never responded. He finally texted me that at this point he is going to decline further work for no particular reason. He would not respond to me further. I finally got ahold of ge on monday, whom sent appliance rescue. Who promptly showed up and have been working with them since. PLEASE DECLINE JAMES MARTIN if going through warranty or ever, he does not know what he is doing and cares about his customer about as much as he cares about rocks. |
