GE charged me quite a bit for the labor so I contacted Harbor Appliance. Rafael came and inspected the dryer carefully. He found that it is the broken Idler arm that cut the belt. I am very glad that he caught this broken part and replaced it. Otherwise, the new belt will be cut soon. My overall impression, they are professional and reliable. The service is punctual.
