| Arzoo Mojadedi | This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with repairs for appliances. They give me a different answer every time I call. The disregard for the importance of a refrigerator to a household with young children is inexcusable. I will NOT be recommending anyone to this company. Their excuse...the part needed for my refrigerator is hard to locate. If that's the case, why tell me on Tuesday of last week that the part was on its way and will be here by end of the week. Now they are saying it will be another 3-5 business days. All I wanted was honesty and regular updates. |
