Friday at 2:30 PM the technician arrived scheduled between 9 - 11 said he had to order a part and it would be here Monday. Monday arrives, no call, no show. Called the technician @4 and was told the part would be delayed until Wednesday. Appointment for Wednesday @ 9-11. No call no show. Called again and the technician said part would be in around 1 PM. Call at 4 and have been told he doesn't know where the part is. Tried contacting the company to be told that they are only a dispatch center and there is nothing they can do, to bad so sad, good luck. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY |
